Obviously there's ongoing upgrades by the factory, so the only sure way to get "the latest" is buy a new production gun. The only time its ever happened with mine was when I was shooting factory reloads of 115 grain ammo. Failed to lock back twice in 100 rounds. The P365 also has a more conventional striker / firing pin safety than the one in the 320. The trigger bar of the 320 moves in the OPPOSITE direction of most other striker guns.The P365 is fully cocked when the slide is racked. The sear drops straight down into the chassis to release the striker. Pretty easy to see when your slide is off the gun. Glocks are partially cocked when racked. First impressions. The gun comes in a plastic box, with two magazines, a lock, a manual, a SIG sticker and some other papers. Both magazines hold 10 rounds.I use a Wheeler sight pusher and has worked great on all my Sigs (including P365) as well as 1911's. You can usually find them much cheaper on EBay. I carry strong side IWB and the P365 with the flat base magazine is much easier to conceal than the P365 XL because of the height differential. In short, the easiest way to solve this issue is as follows: 1) Throw on a good movie. 2) Safety check, strip your slide off your grip, remove barrel and, recoil ...It fit well and installed easily. This base pad gives the 10-round P365 magazine the same length and profile as the factory 12-round magazine while retaining the 10-round capacity. I haven't done it with the P365 but I use to ankle carry a G43 in a Galco Ankle Glove which BTW is the Gold standard in ankle holsters.
